I am a passionate and dedicated celebrant. I grew up in Kent but I now live in the beautiful countryside of Essex. I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking and baking and I have a love / hate relationship with the gym {although love is probably too strong a word!}. I also enjoy health and wellbeing, which included practicing yoga and mediation.

My musical taste is quite eclectic - I love the 80's but I am also known to listen to rock and classical.

I enjoy eating out and going to the theatre - The Phantom of the Opera is my favourite show. I love to travel and experience other cultures. I particularly like Egypt - the country is steeped in history and the food isn't too bad either,

I am married with two step sons and two beautiful grandsons. I have three sisters, two nieces, four nephews, three great nephews and three great nieces.

I previously worked in the social housing sector and have experienced many of lives up's an down's. This has helped me gain an understanding of human behaviour, often in stressful and difficult times, allowing me to show understanding, compassion and empathy.

My recent work life involved managing the client relationship and presenting software to some well know brands - although I dare not say whom. I have travelled all over the country and met some incredible people.

Why have I given up corporate life and chosen to become a celebrant? I enjoy working with people and hearing their life stories. By creating a beautiful and meaningful ceremony for you, this will give me a great sense of satisfaction.

Services offered

Funeral / Memorials - During times of loss and grief, I provide support by creating a warm, dignified and bespoke ceremony, that honours the life of your loved one. Saying farewell to a loved one is both a difficult and sorrowful time.

During our meeting's, where you will share your stories, memories and music preferences of your loved one, I will be there, hearing and listening all about them, allowing me to capture and gain a deep sense of who they were, their personality and character. I can also help you write the Order of Service, if required.

I will write and deliver the ceremony, along with your wishes, thus creating a true, warm and respectful ceremony, even adding laughter if you so wish, as you say a dedicated, respectful farewell.

It would be both an honour and privilege when you choose me as your Celebrant. My promise to you is that you can expect a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making your ceremony a memorable experience.

I will take the time to get to know you and understand your vision, ensuring that every aspect of the ceremony is tailored to your wishes and needs.I also love to travel so I'm happy to travel outside the above counties if required.
