I'm a creative person who loves the outdoors and am often found in the countryside with my dog, note book and pen.

Kent is a beautiful county and as a hobby poet, there is no shortage of inspiration to be found. The other place I am likely to be found is in my kitchen as I love to experiment with flavours and styles of cooking, often ignoring the need for a recipe book. Sometimes it works and other times my dog loves me even more.

Understanding that the celebrating of a person's life is the final gift you can give is so comforting in times of sadness and grief. Each ceremony I write starts with a blank piece of paper as together, with the family or loved ones, we create a story that flows capturing some of the most moving and memorable moments of a life, however long it has been lived.
By not being afraid of someone passing we are able to create a lasting memory.

Working with families to celebrate the lives of their loved ones has been an exceptionally privileged experience. I understand what it's like to have a stranger come into your home and ask you intimate details about someone you love who has passed away.

It's a chaotic time for most people and it's my role to take the pressure of organising a suitable ceremony away from you.
Each ceremony contains unique and personal elements which we work on together starting with a completely blank piece of paper.

My approach to funeral ceremonies is led by my heart. Emotions run high, but together we can bring out those memories and details that will make for a fitting ceremony.
It's okay to cry, smile and laugh...or all three at the same time if that's what it takes.
