My name is Natalie. I’m an authentic, female writer, educator, activist, sister, aunt, friend, homemaker and kick-ass celebrant.
I bring warmth, energy and professionalism to my work. I have a deep respect for tradition, with a flair for reimagining old customs.
My wish is to create ceremonies that feel true to your life and those you wish you celebrate with.
Get in touch to discuss how we can combine core and custom rituals to make a tradition of your own.

My practice
Life is full of rites of passage as we travel along on our journey. When something important happens, rituals are there to help us mark the things that need marking. Through ceremony, we can share the significant events that shape us with the people we care deeply about.
My ceremonies are for realists, feminists, pragmatists, optimists, families and lovers who want to grab life with both hands, celebrating what has been and what has yet to come. It brings me joy to create an experience that feels authentic for the people I work with - it’ll be made with love.
Choosing a celebrant means that you choose your own vows, words, readings and music. Your rituals become your tradition. Your love, your day, your way.
Contributions from others you love are welcome so please include friends and family, even your pets.
I love dress up if you have a theme in mind, whether literary, musical, historic, drag or kink.
I’m based in the North West of England, but travel nationally and internationally.
I speak Spanish and will always try to adopt another language or culture that you would like to include.
My Rituals
I am in my mid-thirties, currently based in Liverpool. I live contentedly with a bearded dragon named Eddie Lizzard.
I love to cook and host dinners for friends and family. Colour, dancing and music bring brightness to my life, but it’s not all cocktails. Being out in the countryside, and especially on the water, soothes my soul. I like to read and do yoga to relax.
My first career was in education. Over ten years I worked as a teacher in Leeds, Spain and London. After this, I moved to the charity sector where I still devote some of my time.
I am drawn to work where I’m listening to and working with people. I get a real buzz from helping people connect with themselves and each other.
I love to travel, usually on my own.
My favourite trip in recent years was to Costa Rica and Mexico. After losing two people I loved dearly, I needed to take it all in. Process my feelings. Consider things.
The Cloud Forest gave me a different perspective on grief - at its height, it’s almost 5,000 ft above sea level, after all. Visiting Oaxaca during the Day of the Dead made me wish we celebrated as well as we grieved.
For me, the best bit about travelling is getting off the beaten track, meeting locals and really getting to experience another culture.
There’s so much we can learn from the people around us. I always return from my trips with a fresh perspective and new ideas.
