Hello, my name is Shona. I live in the South Side of Glasgow and offer my celebrancy services locally and across Scotland.
With a background in social arts and performance my practice draws on many years experience in script writing, event organisation and public speaking with a particular skill in engaging a public and putting them at ease. Perhaps most Importantly, I am well practiced in supporting others to find and craft their voices and truest expressions.
I have recently returned to Scotland having lived in São Paulo, Brazil since 2014, where I ran an arts and education company. Prior to this I studied theatre in Paris, and worked as a private family guide for the Louvre Museum. Sensitive cultural explorations and a global outlook are central for me, I am always keen to learn new and old ceremonial practices from around the world.
